UG Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have passed intermediate (10+2) or its equvailent examination i.e. qualifying examination, securing not less than 50% of marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botony, Zoology)/Biochemistry, 40% marks in case of BC/SC/ST are eligible to admission into MBBS course and they have to fulfill other relevant conditions laid down by NMC.

Age:

Candidate should have completed 17years of age

Course Duration:

4years 6months as per academic calendar by 1 year Compulsory Rotatory Medical Internship.

Seats Distribution

The number and distribution of seats may vary depending upon the periodic directives / decisions from competent authorities

NUMBER OF SEATS AVAILABLE -250
Category –A seats (50% of the sanctioned intake of the seats)

These seats shall be filled in through the counseling by the committee constituted by competent authority as per merit from the candidates who are qualified at the common entrance test ( NEET) for that year following the rules of reservation.

Category – B &C seats (50% of the sanctioned intake of the seats)

A candidate from all over the country are eligible for admission into Management Quota B& C (NRI) seats subject to limitations as per government orders in UG Medical Course as per NMC /Dr. NTR UHS Regulations .

NRI or Children /under Guardianship of NRI, who secured cut off score and more in NEET marks are eligible for admission into MBBS course under Management Quota Category (C) NRI seats.

    8. Study Certificates from 6th to Intermediate
    9. Intermediate/10+2 Transfer Certificate
    10. Income/EWS Certificate (on or after 01-04-2025 from Govt. of A.P.)
    11. Caste Certificate from Govt. of A.P.
    12. Minority Certificate (for Muslim Minorities)
    13. Sports/Games/NCC/CAP etc., Certificate (if applicable)
    14. Student Aadhaar Card – (Xerox)
    15. Father and Mother Aadhaar Cards – (Xerox)
    16. Student PAN Card (If available) – (Xerox)
    17. Father PAN Card – (Xerox)
    18. Rice Card (if white Ration card holder) – (Xerox)
    19. Original Signed Declaration Form (Annexure-II) for NRI (C–Cat) only.
    20. Evidence Documents (for NRI): Green Card / Citizenship Card / Respective Country Passport / NRI’s Bank Statement for last 6 months / Latest Electricity Bill / Gas Bill / Water Bill in the name of NRI.

N.B.: ABOVE ALL ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES AND ALSO TO BE SUBMITTED 2 (TWO) INDIVIDUAL XEROX SETS (PRINTOUTS) (1 to 19 – 1st set) & (1 to 19 – 2nd set) AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION.

Student should report in person along with the Provisional Allotment letter issued by Dr. NTRUHS.

Parent should also accompany the student to sign the various Declarations / Undertakings.
