“National FMT DAY”
On occasion of National Forensic Medicine Day, the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology organised e Poster Presentation Competition for the Phase III Part I MBBS students (2023 batch) on 12.5.2026. The theme of the event was “Bridging Tradition with Technology in Forensic Medicine.”
The programme commenced with insightful address by the Principal Dr. A. Bhagyalakshmi madam highlighting the importance of Forensic Medicine in modern medical practice and the vital role in delivering Justice to the bereaved victim or family members thereby serving the humanity.
There was an overwhelming and enthusiastic response from the students. A total of 18 teams participated. Students delivered outstanding presentations on the theme allotted, reflecting both academic enthusiasm and innovative thinking.
The event concluded with distribution of prizes and certificates to Judges, winners and all the participants by Principal madam.
The Dept. of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology is thankful to the management and C.E.O, Dr. Chandrasekhar Reddy garu for permitting and supporting us in organising this event.
